The convenient coastal location is a stone's throw from Route 1, 30 miles from Bar Harbor and 30 miles to Bangor. Property being sold as is. New metal roof was installed on the addition in 2017. House was lifted in the 1990's and a cement foundation was poured giving the property a full basement. Home is not structurally secure for showings at this time, due to unfinished renovations and significant structural repairs that are needed.
